Before you visit
We're a cashless venue — card only. For the comfort and safety of everyone, please read our Awareness Concept and Code of Conduct before you arrive (available for download on our About Us page). Lockers are available instead of a cloakroom. Entry is strictly 18+, valid ID required.
No Phone Policy
To protect the experience for everyone, photography and filming are not permitted inside. A sticker will be placed over your camera on arrival. Don't worry about memories though — our in-house photo and video team takes care of that for you.
Pre-Sale & Box Office
Every event has a pre-sale — we strongly recommend securing your ticket in advance. For sold-out shows, a very limited number of tickets may be available at the box office on the night, subject to capacity. If you're trying your luck, get in line as early as possible.
